abs FOREVER
Only went two miles cause of my knee, but I definitely made up for it in the ab department. An hour and a half...whew. My personal trainer friend went through some different things with me, and they were insane. I felt super inadequate because I looked ridiculous and didn't even do most of the stuff right. Here are some of the things that I put myself through:
75 leg lifts
~70 knee raises
100 crunches
160 side crunches (80 on each side)
30 more leg lifts
45 seconds of flutter kicks
pulling down 70 lbs from this machine and bending over to my knees 3 sets of 30 reps
side planks 3 sets of 1 minute on each side
circles with legs extended- 10 in each direction
hanging from a bar doing knee raises 3 sets of 10 reps
hanging from a bar doing side knee raises 3 sets of 10 reps/side
leg lifts with 6 lb weight strapped to my ankles 3 sets of 10
3 sets of 30 reps on this ab machine
I feel like I got hit by a bus.
